Early morning at Long Road. Saw Pine, Palm, Yellow-rumped Warblers. A small yellow bird with the boldest white eye-ring--Nashville Warbler. Northern Rough-winged Swallows, Mallards, Carolina Wren, Blue Jay, Crows mobbing something, Cardinals, Flickers, Golden-crowned Kinglets, Downy Woodpecker, Robins, Song Saprrows with nesting material a couple days too early for the Bird Atlas. Red-winged Blackbirds, Chickdees and Titmice. Goldfinches. House Finches. Starlings.
Afternoon - North side of West Island for SEANET. No dead birds. Live ones include large flock of about 16 Greater Yellowlegs, a pair of Oystercatchers, Snowy and Great Egrets, Dc Cormorants, RB mergansers, Towhee singing in the marsh. Flicker, RW Blackbirds.
